Paducah Police ask for help identifying cigarette thief

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - Paducah Police say they need help identifying a man caught on surveillance stealing cigarettes.

Police say he stole $2,124.25 worth of cigarettes from the Cigarettes for Less store on Cairo Road between 3:30 to 4 a.m. Wednesday.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black shirt, black pants, orange underwear and white sneakers.

Police say the suspect stole Marlboro, Sonoma, Kool and USA Gold brand cigarettes.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest or an indictment in the case could be eligible for a reward of up to $1000.  Call Paducah Police Department at 270/444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL.  Tipsters can also text their tips to "CRIMES" (274637) by entering "KyTips" followed by their information, or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website.
