A Heartland Marine comes home today.  Lance Cpl. Michael Bailey was killed in Afghanistan last week.  His body was flown home to St. Louis and taken to his hometown of Leadwood this afternoon.  His funeral will be Friday.  Gov. Nixon ordered flags to be flown at half-staff.  Arnold Wyrick was there as his body was escorted home.

The Southeast Missouri State Board of Regents approved a $97 million operating budget for the 2011 fiscal year.  The Board also learned about a draft agreement between Southeast Missouri State University and Three Rivers Community College to offer associate degrees at Southeast satellite campuses in Sikeston, Malden, and Dexter.  Kathy Sweeney and Tyler Profilet talk to the presidents of Southeast and TRCC and tells us what this means for students.
