DONIPHAN, MO (KFVS) - The city of Doniphan will receive $75,000 from the National Park Service to help develop the Doniphan Outdoor Recreation Facility.
The money will be used to develop baseball fields, an outdoor classroom, and a concession stand with a restroom.
The grant is one of 13 fiscal year 2009 Land and Water Conservation Fund grants for Missouri recommended to the National Park Service by the State Inter-Agency Council for Outdoor Recreation.
