Two people have now confessed to the robbery at the Regions Bank in New Madrid on March 31, 2007, according to New Madrid County Sheriff Terry Stevens.
William Seltzer, 29, and Crysten Robinson, 28, are charged with second degree robbery.
Both are currently serving time in federal prison on charges they robbed banks elsewhere throughout the country.
No one was injured in the 2007 robbery in New Madrid.
Officers say Robinson walked in, unarmed, demanded cash and walked out with about $1200 to $1400.
