FARMINGTON, MO (KFVS) - A Farmington man was sentenced to six years in prison for breaking into a house and eating pizza.
Henry Bomar III, 47, admitted he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when he walked into a man's house and stole his pizza, according to Farmington Police Chief Rick Baker.
The home owner came home on February 13, 2009 to find Bomar sitting on his couch watching TV.
He called 911 and Bomar went outside on the front porch.
Bomar pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and misdemeanor stealing. He received six years for the burglary charge and one year for the stealing charge. Both sentences will be served concurrently.
