(Neelyville, MO)--Teachers and students in Neelyville could be headed to class on Saturdays, if the district cancels class two more times this year.

"Anything that makes us miss school that's weather related now, could cause us to come back on a Saturday or two," Superintendent Larry Graves said.

District leaders already have more than seven days added onto the end of the school year. Now students hope the winter weather passes them by, so they don't have to go to Saturday School.

"I don't like it at all. I want to stay home, watch TV, Sportscenter. Do what freshman do," Freshman Bo Blackman said.

Nobody wants to go to school for a Saturday, but if it gets me out for a graduation then I'll go," Senior Laura French said.

Graves says this is the worst weather for the district in a number of years. If students have to go to Saturday School, it will be in two days in March and one in April.
