A Southern Illinois woman tells her story, about a former boyfriend who failed to tell her he has H-I-V. On January 14-th, Harrisburg Police arrested 38-year old Floyd Gibson, on charges of criminal transmission of H-I-V, the virus that causes AIDS. The woman wishes to remain anonymous, but claims Gibson never told her about the virus, even though they were intimate on several occasions. She now wants to warn others about the dangers of unprotected sex, and the possibility that some people may not be honest about their sexual health. She also admits she should have practiced safe sex, but points out Gibson has a legal responsibility. It's against the law to knowingly transmit any sexual disease, and if convicted, Gibson could face up to 14-years behind bars.
