Mayfield man accused of using stolen credit card

PADUCAH, KY (KFVS) - Police arrested a Mayfield man accused of using a stolen credit card.
Robert Baltimore Jr., 43, of Mayfield, faces third-degree criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card and fraudulent use of a credit card charges.

A credit card was stolen out of a purse inside a car parked at Kingsway Skateland in April 11th. 

When the owners tried to cancel the card they were told a $1,200 purchase had already been made.

A Union, Tennessee police detective identified Baltimore's picture.

Police say Baltimore confessed to taking the purse and using the credit card at Wal-Mart and Kroger.
