Child fatality review board to look into seven year old's death

By Heartland News
FISK, MO (KFVS) - A child fatality review board will look into the death of a seven-year-old boy next week.
Butler County Coroner Jim Akers says Cobbie Bond died Sunday as the result of an accidental head injury.
The coroner says Cobbie was playing on an unfinished swing set when it collapsed.
The review board is looking at the death not to assign guilt, but to determine if anything can be learned to help prevent future child deaths.
