CHARLESTON, MO (KFVS) - Winter Storm '09 is an ongoing recovery for many Heartland towns.
Charleston, a town known for its trees, is no exception.  But rain or shine, ice storm or spring freeze, Mother Nature never stops the annual Dogwood-Azalea Festival.
This is the 41st year, and although there is a lot of damage, the beauty here is not destroyed.
