Change of venue granted in Trigg County murder trial

TRIGG COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A change of venue has been granted in a Trigg County murder trial.
The murder trial of Kevin Dunlap, the man accused of killing three children has ben moved from Trigg County.
The defense attorney and commonwealth attorney both requested a change of venue for the case and the judge agreed.
Dunlap's trial will now be held in Smithland in Livingston County.
Dunlap is being accused of killing a 17-year-old girl, a 14-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy.  He is also accused of trying to kill their mother before setting their home on fire.
The trial begins in November 2009.
