POPLAR BLUFF, MO (KFVS) - Poplar Bluff police say a woman called in bomb threats to get out of court date.

On January 20, 2009 bomb threats were called in involving the Butler County Courthouse and PBR1 schools causing the facilities to be evacuated.
An investigation by Detective Corey Mitchell and School Resource Officer Jessie Show pointed to Morgan Kile, 27, of Hannibal, Missouri.
Police say Kile admitted to making the calls and that she did it because she was unable to make her court date involving a bad check charge.
Formal charges have been filed.
