    Illinois State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-64 in Jefferson County, Ill. on Aug. 13. According to ISP, Rita Humphrey, 62, of Paducah, Ky. was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-64. Humphrey continued until she hit a vehicle driven by Warren Wildman, 81, of Shoals, Ind. hitting the driver's front corner of the vehicle.     A new species of tick is spreading in the U.S. and has now been found in seven states, including a part of Arkansas. The long-horned tick is an arthropod native to Asia, but if the bug spreads to other parts of the Heartland it could cause trouble for cattle farmers.
