
Justin T. ShoultaSchool Volunteer Accused of Innappropriate Sexual Relationship with 14 Year Old

PADUCAH, Ky. - A volunteer at Reidland High School faces first-degree sexual abuse charges after police say he admitted to having a relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Police arrested Justin T. Shoulta, 20, after received an anonymous tip call about an innappropriate relationship.
Shoulta volunteered as a band booster for the Reidland High School Band and the girl was a member.
"Justin T. Shoulta volunteered as a band booster to load and unload instruments and/ or occasionally worked in the concession stand at band competitions for the Fall 2008 marching season which ended Nov. 7, 2008," said Cheryl Lawson, director of public relations at McCracken County Schools. "Shoulta has never been assigned nor completed any official or supervisory duties for the Reidland High School band or for Reidland High School."
Police say he admitted to having inappropriate sexual contact with the girl during the Thanksgiving holiday break.
Shoulta was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
