Mitch McConnell has declined to comment on questions about his former campaign manager, who resigned amid a federal investigation of a bribery scandal during the 2012 Iowa Republican Caucus. McConnell only said Tuesday that he is moving on after aide Jesse Benton resigned last week.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky Republicans are promising they will try to repeal the state's Medicaid expansion if they wrest control of the state House from the Democrats.
