SCOTT CITY, MO (KFVS) - Crews from four cities responded to an early morning fire at a wood products silo in Scott City.

A silo Havco Wood Products LLC, was still smoking this morning as severe weather hit the area.

Fire crews would not say what was inside the silo or how the fire started.

No one has been reported hurt at this time.

Havco spokesperson Jill Braswell says the morning plant production shift has been canceled due to the fire.

The evening shift is also called off at this time.

The cleanup process is underway.

It has not been determined what caused fire.

Firefighters stayed on scene for several hours to put out hot spots.

This isn't the first fire at a Havco silo, as one also caught fire in June 2005.
