Jackson Police Department asks for toy donations

JACKSON, MO (KFVS) - The Police Departments asks the public to donate toys and other items to those less fortunate during this holiday season.

If you'd like to donate, you can mail monetary donations to the Jackson Police Department at  525 South Hope St. Please note on the check memo "toy drive".

You can drop toys and other items off at several banks and churches in Jackson as well. For more information on drop-off points call Beth Kiser or Linda Roberts at (573) 243-3151.

The collection ends December 1, 2009.
