HERRIN, IL (KFVS) - Herrin fire crews battled a house fire twice.
The fire first started Monday afternoon on 14th Street. The home was destroyed.
However, Tuesday morning, crews went back when the fire re-ignited.
Two sisters, along with their six children lived in the home. They were not home and were not hurt.
No word on how it started. The Illinois State Fire Marshall is investigating.
