Tuesday Breakfast Show Update

Posted: Updated:

Good Morning
Today is Tuesday, November 10

This morning we have sad news out of Ripley County. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol a 2-year-old boy has died from injuries he received in a Sunday night crash.

Also new this morning on The Breakfast Show we have new dramatic video from a house fire in Cape Girardeau yesterday. Heartland News viewer Jake Marberry shot it and sent it into cNews to share with you. Be sure to have your speakers on so you can hear the explosion.

While you're on cNews check out new video we posted yesterday of what appears to be another albino deer in the Heartland.

On this morning’s Breakfast Show we'll also be telling you about allergic reactions some people say they have to the H1N1 vaccine. You can learn more about this around 6:15 this morning.

On The Breakfast Show Lauren is live at Marion High School. At 6:40 a.m. Local veterans, students and school workers will begin Operation Strong. This is a 3K run they have organized to salute American heroes. This will include a moment of silence for the victims of the recent Fort Hood shootings.

We are also keeping a close eye on what's currently Tropical Storm Ida. We will be talking live to a CBS reporter who is in Biloxi, Mississippi near where Ida will make landfall later this morning.

And sports fans - we have tons of highlights from last night's high school football playoffs. You'll see highlights from the Poplar Bluff-Sikeston game, the Crystal City-Caruthersville game, the Paris-Valle game and the Potosi-New Madrid CC game.

So join us this morning for The Breakfast Show (click here to watch it live on-line) or check us out on-line. We're always open and always want to hear from you.
