Monday's Breakfast Show Update

Good Morning
Today is Monday, November 2

Let's start out with some good news this morning - today's weather is supposed to be great. It should include sun, a normal fall temperature and no rain. Be sure to check out what Brian is saying this morning on The Breakfast Show for the latest or anytime on the StormTeam home page.

But we'll think today's weather is so nice because of how nasty it was last week. And with all of last week's rain the Mississippi River is now rising. It does not look like a major flood compared to previous floods we've seen - but something to keep an eye on. In Cape it is currently forecast to crest at 41' on Wednesday - that's about 7 1/2' lower than the flood of '93.

Also this morning - federal investigators should be in the Heartland to look into Saturday's deadly plane crash in Scott County.

This morning at least one of the suspects now in custody charged with killing a Dongola, Illinois man should be in court.

And here's something you'll want to see - especially if you have kids who are on-line and posting videos a lot. Did you know it might be illegal to post a video that shows fighting? This might sound like something that no one in your family would ever do - but it seems to be a trend across the country now that almost everyone - young and old - carries a cell phone with a camera.
