MAYFIELD, KY (KFVS) - Two women and a man face charges after police say a one year old baby tested postive for methamphetamine.

Amber Hiel, 23 and Toy Frasier, 45, both of Mayfield face 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment.

Roger Hage, 25, of Paducah also faces 1st Degree Wanton Endangerment.

Occunet tested a hair follicle from the child.  It tested more than four times the adult cut-off limit normally seen by the company.

Kentucky State Police say the Mayfield office of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services received a complaint that a one year old was exposed to illicit drug activity.

The child has been placed in foster care.

Kentucky State Police and the Cabinet for Health and Family Services are still investigating.
