*Breezy at times this weekend with chance Iso. Storms in the Afternoons
*Pleasant weather continues into next week
With clouds moving into our eastern half of the Heartland, more sun will be expected during the morning in our western half, Southeast Missouri. Temperatures in the 60s and fair conditions outside this morning. Today is looking to the coolest day of the week for most areas. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s with dew points in the 60s. Clouds will start to thicken and move into the western side of the Heartland in the afternoon and evening. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible east of the Mississippi River today. These are not anticipated to be severe and should clear out after sunset.
Mostly cloudy to partly cloudy skies will stay this evening, but it will be another night with temperatures in the 60s. The beginning of next week is looking to be mild and less humid, but temperatures will slowly worm a few degrees every day. There is also a small chance of seeing isolated showers and storms every afternoon in the forecast.
