Winds will pick up tonight and Thursday. That will keep temperatures pretty steady overnight. Many areas will wake up with numbers in the 40s. Clouds will increase and bring a slight chance for a few showers Thursday evening. Winds will pick up and could gust up to 30 to 40 mph at times. Highs will be in the 50s and even 60s Thursday. Friday afternoon into Friday night wintry precipitation will overspread the area quickly. Snow, sleet, freezing rain and rain are all possible. This will lead to slick travel Friday PM and early Saturday.
